Back in August 2006, I posted this blog on myspace about My Johari Window.
In case you don't want to jump over to myspace, here's a recap: The Johari Windows was invented by Luft and Ingham in the 1950s, as a model for mapping personality awareness. Basically, there is a fixed listing of adjectives from which you select 5 or 6 words to describe yourself. You then get your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list. The results is a grid of overlap and differences which you could see how other people see you versus how you see yourself.
